Hi All

This mail is to inform you that, hiring is going on in eGain and will continue for next couple of months. Anybody who is having knowledge of C/C++/(Java,J2EE) (any of these) is eligible.

1)eGain only hires candidates from IITs, NITs.

2)A person with real time technical work experience is preferred. So, if you have worked on some project based on above technologies, do mention in detail in your CV.

3)Currently, the hiring is for Development domain only.

5) There is no fixed package. It all depends on the package you are getting currently and your negotiation during HR interaction.

6) In case, a person is not having any technical experience, then he/she need to have excellent analytical skills. Only then there will be chances to consider them for the job.

7) For Delhi, Noida based candidates, interviews are scheduled in Noida office itself. For candidates from other places such as Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore etc, interviews are generally scheduled in Bangalore. The company reimburses to-fro travel charges for the candidates coming from out of station.
