My friend, Anand Singhi (from IITB), started www.Hunt4Flat.com to help IIT/IIM/ISB junta find acco/flatmates.
If you put up your accommodation requirement (areas you are ok with + budget range), then their system automatically matches relevant houses and sends it to you...If you put up flatmate requirement (house details, from when u require flatmate, etc) then the website sends relevant flatmate details to you (alternatively, you can search flatmates filtered by college / company)...
Also, the site is searchable, filterable and is being updated with requirements from the IIT/IIM/ISB community (400+ requirements in last 1 month already..please do let people searching for acco/flatmates know)
