Hi 

Some of you had a doubt about this.

By starting from 1st June they meant only the beginning of the dual degree project.

As far as the number of holidays is concerned, there is one Mr. Rajendra in the 4th floor admin block who can give you the details.

He was on leave when I went, but in case of any doubts you can directly approach him. I'll inform you as soon as I meet him.

Dear Students,

 

Sub: Half-Time Teaching Assistantship (HTTA) for Dual Degree students – Reg.

I.                    The Dual Degree students of 2011 batch of this Institute are eligible for HTTA of  `.12,400/- p.m. for a period of one year from 01.06.2015 in their 9^th and 10^th semesters as per the decision of Senate in its meetings held on 16.03.1998, 09.06.2003 and 20.09.2012 provided these students satisfy the following criteria:

 

“Secured CGPA of 8 and above (in the case SC/ST students CGPA of 7.5 and above) and earned a minimum of 170 credits (ED students should have earned a minimum of 160 credits) at the end of 8^th semester”

 

-           Subject to submission of undertaking (copy enclosed for reference) through online and they need not apply with hard copy request.    

                             

 

II.                  In case the students are not satisfying the above criteria they may apply for HTTA to the Deputy Registrar (Academic Courses) on or before 22.05.2015 provided they are:

 

“Having valid GATE score and earned a minimum of 170 credits (ED students should have earned a minimum of 160 credits) at the end of 8^th semester”

 

-          Enclosing original GATE score card with duly signed undertaking form.
