I would like to download the corresponding .btp files. (and load them in R programming language for analysis)
Can anybody help my how to find these files?

The .btp files are unfortunately not available for download from grns.biotapestry.org. You will typically need to contact the authors of papers associated with each model, though in some cases the model files are provided in the supplementary materials of each paper.
