Hello all,

After a marathon meeting and intense discussion of 7 hrs , we as a team have decided the new OCs for the next year team as  - Akshay Korde and Smriti Shyamal.

All the candidates had some nice strong points and it was wonderful discussing on various issues with them. Their were some very good suggestions and points that came along which would surely help the new OCs in the year to come.  

So, congratulations to the new OCs and we expect a treat :) and consolidated work plan as soon as possible.

Thanks to all the core team members - Anish, Vievk, Prateek, Shantanu - for their patience and valuable inputs for the whole process.

New OCs will decide the new team structure in consultation with team and they will form the new team for year 2012-2013.
Handing over will be done on April 30,2012. Current team is expected to finish all the pending tasks before that.

All the best to the new OCs and we are damn sure you will take BioSynth to greater heights :)
