data dumps are now available

Hello,

Biostar datadumps are now available here:

http://www.biostars.org/static/data/

Current dumps are encrypted and all admins have the keys. We'll
release unencrypted datadumps of the content with a six month delay.

Our next focus are the mobile platforms, we are getting ahead with
that as well thanks to choosing the right CSS platform to begin with
(Bootstrap by Twitter)
