About the workshop

 This 5-day hands-on online workshop, conducted by Biosrishti (a Registered Educational Service Organisation), introduces participants to the fundamentals and applications of prokaryotic pangenome analysis. Through guided tutorials and practical exercises, attendees will learn computational approaches to explore core and accessory genomes, interpret genomic diversity, and utilize bioinformatics tools for comparative genomics research in bacteria and archaea.

  Life sciences students (B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Tech) / scholars / faculty from any branch can participate as the session.
