Writing up the current state of PAML

Hi, all:

There's a special issue I was asked to contribute to that includes a specific request for articles about formalization of protocols, so I've been writing up a piece on the state of PAML as of the COMBINE meeting, with the authors the snapshot of contributors at that time. I'm attaching the current draft as an FYI and for commentary.
