Preview of Bioprotocols Governance Vote

As no major issues were raised with the proposed governance and all minor issues appear to have been addressed, we will proceed to an official adoption vote. All members of this mailing list are allowed and encouraged to vote.

Per the proposed governance, we now have a final pre-vote preview period of 2 working days, for people to look over the form and make and final comments, after which voting will commence on Wednesday, August 10th.
