YNGP_M3 model fitting erorr

Hi dear team,

Please find attached a dataset for which fitting of the M3 model using bppml program of Bio++ throws an error:

ConstraintException: Parameter::setValue(999.001)[ 0.0001; 999] (YN98.omega_Simple.V2)

Would setting the delta parameter as Autoparameter resolve the issue?

this is fixed, is bpp-phyl and bpp-core devel branches.
