Aliasable Frequencies Set

Hi folks,

now aliasing is possible to/from FrequenciesSet. So it is possible to set as stationary some specific features,
and not only all the frequencies.

This can be done like this:

nonhomogeneous.root_freq=F1X4(123_Full.theta=YN98.123_Full.theta1_1)

model1=YN98(frequencies=F1X4(123_Full.theta=root.123_Full.theta2)


Note a change in parameters names, I had to define explicitly which parameters were on the root,
with the new prefix  "root."
