Dear all,

This is already one year since the last stable version of Bio++, and it is time for an update.
This should go relatively smoothly ("I love it when a plan comes together" :D), as this should be a minor update: no change in library structure, mostly bug fixes.
The new likelihood classes are unfortunately not ready for integration, so they should stay on a separate branch. I will as usual rerun the full benchmark with the old likelihood classes to be sure no bug was introduced.

So this means:
- I will merge all rel210 branches into the master branches, and close the current rel210 branches.
- Then I will create a new rel211 branch for all libs, and start the packaging process.

If you have any fix, patch or whatever that you did not commit, it is time to do so!
It is also a good idea to give a look at the bug tracker. If there are some bugs there that you would kindly like to take care of, please assign it to yourself.

Some more news:
- A new server is being ordered for the Bio++ website (the current one is old and with almost no space left).
- It is planed to move the full website to the wiki, so that it is more easy to collectively update it.

That's it for now!

Cheers,

Julien.
