[Bioperl-l] Code of Conduct Initiative - Request for comments/feedback

Hi everyone,

 

We (the Open Bioinformatics Foundation) are soliciting feedback from the BioPerl community about a proposed OBF-wide Code of Conduct.  The OBF has long served as an umbrella organization for the Bio* projects, including BioPerl.  The proposed Code of Conduct would cover in-person events such as BOSC and CoFest as well as online activities of the OBF member projects.   The following links have more details about the proposal:

This is at the initial stages, and so we welcome any comments or feedback on these proposals, including those specific to the BioPerl community.
