Results of last Tuesday's meeting - present: Andrea, Michel, Oliver
- Next meeting: Tuesday, March 10
- We propose to keep meetings bi-weekly, but change time to 4pm to 6pm
- We propose a tighter structure: defining specific todo items for
individual members, establish an agenda for each meeting with
proposals for time allocations, have a scribe and a chair for each
meeting
- We will have a survey among group members, what they expect to
obtain and to contribute to the group (see separate message)
- We consider the best modus to have a large group with small teams.
We are currently unaffiliated. Change in affiliation and systematic
outreach not now, but will reconsider later.
