Hello, All,

Next meeting would be February 24, but Alan can't make it. Would you
like to: (1) keep or (2) skip or (3) postpone to March 3?

Take care
Oliver

FWIW, I won't be around on the 3rd either. (returning from Japan the next day).

Hi,
Was there a conf call last Tuesday ? I was online but didn't see
anybody.
I'm fine with both dates, if somebody is interested in participating.
Can also be a chat/call via Skype.

Perhaps we should also review our plans for these meetings, as we are
setting dates for the months to come, but we can hardly respect them.
Perhaps we should decrease the meeting rate (and add some TODO in the
while), or we can take a more informal approach.

Ciao,
Andrea

Hello, All,

OK, so how about having a purely virtual meeting on February 24 and
the next real meeting on March 10?

Andrea: I was online, too, and invited you for a chat, but got no
reply. But the last meeting was rather brief anyway.

I am happy to review our plans. To me, planing further ahead means
having more time to decide whether a meeting will take place or not,
and whether we want to move it. That meetings do not take place as
originally scheduled seems not a problem to me.

Although we have fewer meeting than scheduled, this does not seem to
indicate to me that we should schedule fewer meetings, because even if
we schedule fewer meetings, we might still have fewer meetings than
scheduled. At least as I understand it, people can not come to
meetings because they collide with something else, not because there
are too many of them. Presumably, if we were planing one meeting per
month, we would still have such collisions.

There are alternatives to having a pattern (such as 2nd, 4th and
last Tuesday per month). In the past, we planned from meeting to
meeting, but that made it tight if we wanted to have the next meeting
next week (because we need feedback, then get a room, then announce).
We can try to finalize, at each meeting, the following two meetings.
Or, I could send a list of all Tuesdays and ask, which are available.
What do you think?

Take care
Oliver
