Calculate Edges but no networks

After many uses the BioNetbuilder was corrupted with message:
we were unable to create BioNetBuilder wizard....
Before 5 hours: BionetBuilder works well without HPRD.
Before 30 min: with HPRD password:
I can calculate the Edges (38474 Edges in HPRD). But when I build the
network, zero edge was found.

Hi,
Sorry for the trouble. The problem you are experiencing is most likely due to the size of the network you are trying to build (~40k edges is alot). Networks this large are difficult for our server to handle due to the amount of memory required. Try to keep the number of nodes below 1k if possible. Additionally, often Cytoscape will not automatically build networks that are large. If the network name is red instead of green in the network list, try right clicking and click "create view".
