Select nodes by GO

I’m trying to select genes (nodes) for download by GO to construct a
restrict network (i.e., only nodes within immune response Gene
Ontology).

Using the BioNetBuilder plugin, this is possible for Homo sapiens and
Mus musculus, but I couldn’t do it for Bos taurus, my organism of
interest.

The Bos taurus nodes don't have a GO annotation in this bank? Or is it
a bug?

Does anyone know if there is another plugin with this possibility? Or
any solution?

Hi,

It does not look like we have annotations for Bos taurus in our database but the GO website appears to have some annotations.  You should be able to download the annotations from their website ( http://www.geneontology.org/GO.downloads.annotations.shtml ) and retrieve the genes you are interested in that way.
