Hi,

Sorry for the delay in returning your mail.  Sometimes google does not immediately send us notices of new messages on the group page.  I restarted the server last night and just checked this morning to see if it is still up.  It seems to be.

Please let me know if you are still experiencing problems.

Thanks,

Hi Kevin,

I posted a message for the bionetbuilder-group because I could not load the interaction sources.
I believe my settings are OK. Could it be that the server needs resetting?

Thank you for your support,

Best,

Patrick

Dear BioNetBuilder team,

Noticed that there are several questions regarding access to the
interaction sources.
I also get the message ugg, sorry for the trouble.

I use Cytoscape 2.6.3 on Windows XP, not behin a firewall.
http://err.bio.nyu.edu/bionetserver2 as connection.

Can you or any other user provide me some support to so solve this.

Thank you,

Patrick
