unable to set interaction sources on the server

Can anyone help me set interaction sources on the server..... actually Iam unable to use this plugin.

Hi,

Sorry you are having problems. Can you describe your problem in a
little more detail? Was it a specific panel of the wizard you were
having problems with? Were you loading a specific set of gene ids?

Hi,

The server url may not be set properly. Go to:

Plugins -> Setup Bionetbuilder Connection:

And add "http://err.bio.nyu.edu/bionetserver2" in the textbox.

Also, if that does not work, we generally recommend using the webstart
on our website. This will start a version of cytoscape with
bionetbuilder already installed.
