bionetbuilder server restart

Dear All,
i am using Cytoscape 2.6.3 and in the last few days the start of
cytoscape is blocked at the moment that it have to charge the
bionetbuilder server.
In this way cytoscape it is not able to change and visualize the other
plugins, also.

Hi,

I just restarted the server which should fix the problem. Our
current server cannot handle large loads so if you are building large
networks it might help to break up the network into smaller ones.

Dear Kevin and Richard,
after that you restarted the server (friday) it has been possible to
download the networks correctly. In fact I have created a homo sapiens
network.
Today, monday, it seems to show the same problems of last week.

Dear Kevin,
Friday it has been possible to create the networks after that you restarted
the server.
Today it seems to show the same problems that we have discussed few days
ago.

Hi,

How large is the network you are trying to build? I have noticed in
the log files very large networks which our current server cannot
handle. If you can, please break up your networks into smaller ones
preferably under 250 nodes.

I have restarted the server so please let me know if you are still
experiencing errors.
