Hi Amy,

From the log files, it looks like your network was built properly.  Sometimes with very large networks such as the whole genome ones, Cytoscape will load the network but not create a "view" for it.  If you click on the Network tab of the Control panel (left side of Cytoscape) and see your network highlighted in red, click on it and create view.  This should load the network.

Let me know if this does not work for you.

Thanks,

Dear Kevin,

I have been trying to get BioNetBuilder working, but have had no luck.
I'm trying to download the full Yeast interaction network from IntAct
and also from KEGG and MINT but I just keep getting an empty network
with no nodes in it.  I'm wondering if the server need to be recycled?
Each network I'm trying to get has less that 27,000 edges in it.
According to the website this should be few enough for the server to
handle.

Also, I was wondering how the changes to KEGG access starting on July
1st will affect you if at all?

Thanks!
-Amy

Hi Kevin,

Thanks! That worked. I just assumed since it was red and said there
were zero nodes that it had not loaded. I have what I need, thanks!
