Dear Richard,
if I try to start Bionetbuilder from my local version of Cytoscape or by your website http://err.bio.nyu.edu/cytoscape/bionetbuilder/ cytoscape error message is the following (the same problem is with the Cytoscape version 2.6.0, 2.6.3 and 2.7.0):
The second thing is that if among the plugins there is Bionetbuilder.jar file the Cytoscape start is very very slow. On the contrary iit star normally when among the plugins I delete the Bionetbuilder.jar file.
Of course in any of this conditions then that Cytoscape is started the bionetbuilder give the message that I pasted previously.
Thanks
dario

Kevin,
I saw that you restarted the server recently, will this fix Dario's problem?
Dario,
Which version of cytoscape and can you show us a log of the failure, or give us a bit more info?
,
Rich
