Unable to start bionetbuilder

Dear Sir,

I installed the bionetbuilder plugin to my cytoscape and was able to run it once. Then, when I tried to create another network, a error message popped up "we are unable to create bionetbuilder wizard" Please advise me how to solve it.

Hi,

Can you tell us more about your setup?  Cytoscape version? Java version? Platform?  Can you also try using the webstart on our website (i.e. "Launch BioNetBuilder Version 2") to see if that works for you?  

Additionally, our server has had trouble handling very large networks which may be your problem.  Try to keep networks to less than a few hundred nodes.
