Problem in installing BionetBuilder plugin

Dear googlegroups,

 

I am quite new user for cytoscape and totally new for BionetBuilder plugin. I installed this plugin but i could not able to open it by simply going though step “plugins” -> “BioNetBuilder Wizard”. Then, it says it cannot connect to server.

If somebody can help me, it will be great.

Hi,

Sorry you were having problems.  Occasionally, we have to restart the server and so that may have been the problem.  It should be back up and running now so please try it again. 

Also, our recommended way of starting BioNetBuilder is through the webstart link on our website ("Launch BioNetBuilder Version 2", https://err.bio.nyu.edu/cytoscape/bionetbuilder/version2/bionetbuilder2.jnlp).  This makes sure the version of Cytoscape is compatible.
