sir i am growing virus in Hep2 cell lines & i am tacking out virus from Hep2 cellsin growth media (MEM media) i am failing in viral purification , i am using this virus for diagnostic perpus , i am getting non specific signals due to the cellculture components so i want virul purification procedure for salving this problem if you have any idias please help me
