Dear all,
We still have some places available on an InterMine workshop we
are running in Cambridge, UK on November 16th-17th.

InterMine is a free, open source system for integrating biological
data and querying it via a powerful webapp and query API.

http://www.intermine.org

InterMine is used to build FlyMine (http://www.flymine.org) and is now
being deployed at the yeast, rat and zebrafish model organism databases.

The course is intended for software developers and will give a complete
introduction to setting up an InterMine system. It is free to attend,
more details and sign up information are available here:

Please get in touch if you have any questions.

Regards,
Richard.
