There are over 2000 compounds in Chem3D format available at
http://chemfinder.camsoft.com -- searchable by name, formula AND SUBSTRUCTURE.
If you do not already have a copy of Chem3D, a demo version (which will let
you view and print the files at http://chemfinder.camsoft.com) is also
available for downloading.
(This site has corresponding 2D structures in ChemDraw format for all of the
3D structures, as well.)
If you are looking for a particular structure and you can't find it,
let us know and we'll see what we can do.
