Synchronization of files in Netware 4.11 Servers Vol?

Is there any software that I can constantly synchronizes files
in two or more Novell server 4.11 Vol. at different location though a WAN
link, so that when updated files are automatic copy to the other site. But
problem is what if a user is accessing the files (like customize
installation programs) at the time of synchronzation?
