Hello everyone,
While I was about to perform immunostaining of zebrafish embryo stored in glycerol, I came across one problem. When I removed the chorion manually, I saw that the whole yolk was destroyed. So please let me know if I can perform immunostaining of stored zebrafish embryo (if yes, then in which solution the embryo can be stored) or I need fresh embryo to perform immunostaining.
