Hello everybody,
I'm French scientist and I would like to work on zebrafish model but I need help. Zebrafish is tetraploid and I would like to knock-out 3 genes (hIMPG1, hIMPG2 and hBEST1). Using morpholinos oligonucleotides I have to design many oligonucleotides (I have all datas) but the prices increase fastly.
They are many transcripts for each gene so I have to block all to stop the proteins's production?
For exemple, If I want to block the hIMPG1 production, I have to buy 2 zebrafish strains or only one is sufficient?
