As evidenced by the recent patent disclosures WO-0007995 and WO 0119797,
DuPont Pharma is apparently investigating 1,3,5-trisubstituted
1,4-benzodiazepines as gamma secretase inhibitors. Has anybody heard of
classical benzos having an effect on beta amyloid synthesis?
