Hi,
I am currently looking for an affordable low pressure chromatography
system for protein purification (Ni chelate, ion exchange, affinity, gel
filtration=85). Does anyone of you have a particular system to recommend
(or to avoid)? Any opinion on the Biologic LP low-pressure system from
BIO-RAD?
