Hello

I'm just wondering wether any of you are aware of any methods for
detection of surfaceexposed proteins in bacteria, apart from:

Biotinylation
Limited protease digestion
Antigendetection by an antibody (EM, IMF)
Surface-iodination

Any other suggestions as to how to detect the proteins present on the
surface of a given microorganism
