free radicals - protective factors in pancreatitis

I am a medical doctor and I am beginning my research in pancreatitis and =
free radicals [particularly protective factors]. the exact title of my =
thesis is" free oxygen radicals in acute pancreatitis and protective =
mechanisms. I am required to do a thesis paper with the above title. =
the title is very general and which protective factors I use is up to =
me. since I am very new in this field, I am kind of lost and was hoping =
that there may be someone that can help. I have done all the paper =
research and am looking for some new protective compounds [vitamins, =
chemical compounds, derivatives, etc.] to test in pancreatitis in the =
rat. If you have any suggestions, I would appreciate it if you could =
help me in this matter
