Hi, I am trying to find the angles between two amino acids. I know Hatree Fock does this, its just... How? I heard the Navy did something regarding Divide and Conquer Hartree Fock using Insulin. I was wondering if this was published and if there were many other attempts at this or using other methods like Markov Chains. If any good books are available on this or protein structure prediction from DNA sequence, I would appreciate it.
