Please,
I use Hoescht 33342 to assess the nuclear maturation of oocytes. But I am with difficult to assess the germinal vesicle stage with this dye. I would like to use other dye. I thought to use Lacmoid Sigma L7512. But this product was deleted by Sigma Aldricn without replacement.
Are there other dye or other method to assess the nuclear maturation of oocytes??
Please, I need help. I work at UNESP-Brazil.
