Langerhans cells - Not Enough!

I have a friend who is having trouble in isolating enough
Langerhans cells to work with. She needs concentrations of 1,000,000
per ml for immunoprecipitations of CD4.
Is there any way of immortilising these cells in any way so
they can be cultured? This may aleviate her problem.
