Is there anyone who would know whether any protein sequences for molluscs
have been determined for any of the "classic" proteins like cytochrome c
that were used in the 1960s and 1970s for establishing the validity of
deriving phylogenetic information from protein sequences?

I should say that I have no specialist knowledge of molluscs but I am
interested in the general question of the relationships between phyla, and
it seems curious that although a great many cytochrome c sequences have
been determined they don't appear to include any molluscs. To check this, I
used "mollusc cytochrome" and "mollusk cytochrome" to search the SwissProt
database and obtained a total of zero responses to both queries.

Is it really true that no one has ever looked at this?
