T cell activation

I need to activate mouse T cell clone using a cell-free system. I've tried
anti-cd3 antibody plus anti-CD28 antibody but it is not very good. I would
like to know whether there are any other alternative ways.

Hi,

You can use solable MHC I plus the antigens and CTLA4Ig. Antibody for
anti-CD3 does not mimic well.
