Anyone Using Competimer (TM) Technology for RT-PCR?

Hi All

I was wondering if anyone was using and/or had formulated an opinion about the
Competimer system (Ambion) for 18S rRNA amplification in RT-PCR. Do the RT-PCR
gurus on the newsgroup think that this a legitimate way to normalize for input
RNA?
