Gel Percentages

I have some extracted human DNA and will cut with EcoRI and HaeIII and
then run on an agarose gel. My question is what percent agarose would
work best in this situation? I think Sambrook uses 1.2%, but I have
also read a lot about 1.0% and 0.8%. Any suggestions?

Generally in this case it is not very important concentration of agarose gel.
It is suitable 0.8-1.2%.
