Hello Rick,

We have used Baclight staining kit (life Technologies) to look for bacterial biofilm in the lungs of mouse. The problem is that the host cell nuclei take so much green stain that it is hard to look for biofilm. I have seen some of your beautiful tissue pictures where nothing like this happens. I request you to send us a protocol /paper that describe how to avoid this problem.
