Dear group,

a new GO (gene ontology) browser and search engine is available at
BRENDA enzyme database. The three ontologies (Biological Processes,
Cellular Components, Molecular Functions) are extended by the BRENDA
Tissue Ontology (BTO).

A helpfull feature is the connection between ontology terms and enzyme
data.

You can also search for a complete branch of the tree (e.g. 'brain'
finds also 74 other terms of the branch 'brain' in BRENDA).

Best regards
Christian Ebeling
