PLANT BREEDING FOR DROUGHT TOLERANCE, Field-Oriented Short Course, June 2-13, 2014
Colorado State University will offer a 3-credit, graduate-level, field-oriented short course June 11-22 on Plant Breeding for Drought Tolerance. The course will be held in and around Fort Collins, Colorado, USA and is targeted to graduate students in the plant sciences, as well as to professionals in the public and private sectors interested in increasing their knowledge in this area. The last two days of the course (June 21-22) will coincide with a Symposium, "Frontiers in Breeding for Drought: New Technologies to Reduce Future Famines." Information on the Symposium can be found at
