the leading biotech immunoassay manufacturer. Company manufacturers
proprietary systems for microwave viral inactivation of biological
materials such as bio-tech drugs and blood products. Principal
customers are the pharmaceutical and bio-tech industries and the blood
products industry.
· Developed and implemented business and strategic plan.
· Negotiated and secured $3 million sales and licensing agreement with
world's largest serum com-pany. Negotiated joint venture with one of
the world’s top blood research centers.
· Responsible for all manufacturing, R&D marketing and administrative

from R&D through commercialization.

Founded this successful marketer and manufacturer of proprietary bio
-tech and industrial sen-sor and imaging systems for the medical,
surgical, orthopedic, dental, chemical, automotive, computer and other
industries. Customers include NYU Hospital, Loma Linda Medical School,
Mayo Clinic, Joslin Clinic, Goodyear, adidas, GM, Ford, 3M, P&G, Canon,
Hitachi, Xerox, NEC, Johnson Controls, etc.
* Designed and implemented world-wide R&D and marketing program which
resulted in $10 million per year in revenues, $20 million valuation,
and substantial profitability.
* Directed the development of complete PC-based medical sensor systems
including advanced GUI packages. Received three US patents (4,734,034,
4,856,993, and 5,033,291) and 20 international patents.
* Identified and signed US and international customers and
distributors. Extensive experience in Europe and Japan. Negotiated
distribution and licensing agreements with strategic partners which
produced over $7 million in fees.
* Designed marketing program, collateral materials, trade show program,
hired and trained sales force. Conducted PR program with world-wide

* Directed design and construction of advanced FDA-GMP manufacturing
facility for flex circuits, electronic printing, chemicals production
