Hi Phil,

Sorry, yes, that is intentional, but not on my part; it is the editorial
policy. What is their intention? I don't know. Save trees? In any case, not
a very sound marketing strategy in my opinion. For those of you that, like
me, still like to read things on paper (as opposed to screen, reader,
tablet...) I have posted online an unlocked version, but unfortunately it
has lost italics and some other formatting options in the process of
unlocking.
