Hello all,

I am trying to find a reference to the size of an IgG molecule
(in nm or micrometers) that has a molecular weight of 150 kDa. Are
there standard estimates for the size of an antibody molecule of this
size, or is it only known on a case-by-case basis? I am only asking
because I need to know the approximate size of the antibody, and I don't
have a clue.

I tried to look in the Protein Data banks, but most of the hits I
got were about the Fv or Fab sections of the antibodies, whereas I need
the size of the entire antibody.

Thanks for any input.
