We are in need of an antibody to identify plasma membrane fragments
(from the cytoplasmic side). Antibodies to a marker like the Na+/K+
ATPase would be suitable. Does anybody in Australia have antibodies to
this or any other appropriate marker? The ATCC lists two hybridomas
producing ATPase antibodies, but it is hard to get import permits to
get cell lines into Australia these days. Is there any Australian lab.
that already has them?
