Hi,

I have two Immunoglobulin light chain protein sequences(Lambda1 and
Lambda2) which
comprises both variable and constant domain. I would like to number
those light chain
sequence completely according to Kabat database in order to know the
amnioacids sequence
involved in CDR, framework, joining, constant regions, also whether
the protein is
truncated or not. Please help me to number the light chain proteins.

regards,

Karthikeyan.
