Epithelial cells tend to express EpCAM (recognized by BerEP4 for
example) and E-cadherin. These are surface markers. If you only need
analysis you could probably do internal staining for cytokeratin.Karyn

What about using E-Cadherin, a marker expressed in epithelial cells at
cell-cell contacts?
